Ilham is a Solicitor in the firm’s Dubai office, specialising in dispute resolution.
Ilham has experience assisting both claimant and defendant clients, including contractors, consultants and other construction professionals, in relation to disputes concerning delay, disruption, variations, and payment.
Ilham has been involved in ad-hoc arbitrations in addition to arbitrations under the institutional rules of the ICC, LCIA, DIAC and ADCCAC.
Her experience includes working on multi-million US$ cross-border disputes in relation to construction projects concerning major mixed-use developments, as well as hotels, retail, and infrastructure projects in the Middle East, Europe, South Asia and the Asia-Pacific region.
